Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Gift cards or digital products.
Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).

If approved, we will provide the return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the refund status.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
