Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).

Process

  1. Contact us at support@kikpas.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will provide the return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the refund status.

  4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
